    Do not recommend. Ordered a grilled cheese and chicken nuggets. Nuggets cooked in old grease and grilled cheese, grilled on a dirty grill. Yes, messed up a grilled cheese and chicken nuggets

    I ordered on the app. At 730am. When trying to check in I was given an error message. When I pulled to the drive thru to let the assistant manager know I had an issue checking in. She quickly responded. I would need to cancel my order because we are not open yet. I asked her if this was a normal thing to where the advertised hours say you're open, but you're not? She responded. She responded with I'm not the general manager. I'm just an assistant and I don't control the hours. So now I'm stuck with an order that I don't know how to cancel and a store that says it's open and it's not. Very disappointing. The assistant manager could have been a little more understanding about the fact that I paid for something that I couldn't pick up.
