  I was passing thru Macon Mo at 630pm and used drive thru. I ordered burger and fries. Specifically requesting fries to be hot. There was one couple inside eating. Which was how I could tell was open. Lights outside for evening were not on. I waited 10 min for burger and fries. I assumed so long because making new fries. Got food and left...I took a bite of obviously old cold fry. So I turned around and went back. Requested new hot fries as even the sign says always hot fries guaranteed. I was not happy.... So after 5 min I got another fries. I left. AND it was obvious this was older fries reheated! Totally rediculous. Will not stop again.

  food was okay but it took forever and two of the staff were loudly arguing the entire time we were there💔

  Literally just came through the drive.\n What other guy ordered in front of me? They took his money, pulled him forward. They took my money. Pulled me forward, wait about 5 minutes. She brings both bags out, gives him his gives me mine. My fries are cold, my burger's barely warm, and there's no m************ napkins, I think every time they pull somebody forward at Wendy's, they need to get a free small frosty cause regardless if you're there by yourself or there's a frickin' line from hell, they always pull you forwardjust make sure you get plenty of time to go there. They're kind of slow.

  I order a 3 piece chicken tender and this is what I got. When I called and asked a replacement all he said was okay and hung up on me.
