Went thru the drive thru and ordered a biggie bag, no straw or sause and we were treated fairly bad at the window and the gentleman working dropped my soda ( I did catch it) but no apologies or any thing... It will be a while before we return....

The food was great, but getting it takes forever, in-store or drive-thru is the same either way as far as speed. It doesn't matter how simple the order is. The staff were friendly enough, but I ordered through the kiosk at dinner and another time at breakfast and had to get their attention both times in order to get drink cups.
