When we arrived there was someone parked on the Handicap Ramp. We went inside and asked the manager and another worker if they would help us find the person who is parked in that spot and both of them said we are not sure who it is and walked back to the kitchen. My mom amd I walked around and asked people if they were parked on the wrap and no one responded. As we were unable to locate the vehicle owner we had to leave and find a different place to dine at as my dad is in a wheelchair. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We ordered in the app for me to pick up on my way through. I requested a thin crust pizza. It was not the same as what I remembered. The pizza slice was floppy, and didnt have the crispness to it like what I remember of Pizza Hut's thin crust. It was also very bland and didny have as much taste as I remember. It did have all of the right components, just the pizza was different. I wish I had taken pictures to show what I mean. I did eat it, and it was just fine, it just wasnt the PH quality I remembered.
