I also ordered an Italian B.M.T with extra protein and paid an additional $2.50. No pe, no extra meat. I then call the store to complain and neither phone number on line or the one printed on my receipt work. Don't waste your money.

They are always swamped between mobile orders and in store orders which tends to make them be in a poor mood (understandable). But my food is also always overcooked or undercooked, and I get charged for things I didn’t order. I’ve worked at a subway 4+ years. I know how a sandwich should be made and cooked and I promise most of these workers don’t do it correctly. Train them better and get better help. They don’t change their gloves after handling cash or making another’s persons food. Half the time they don’t have visors (I’ve found hair in my food numerous times) I watched a girl blow her nose with gloves on then just throw the napkin away and try to continue making an order (I told her to change her gloves and she laughed and said “wow I can’t believe I almost did that”)
- KGkala gollaherMay 31, 20181.0I called at 10:45 to pre-order they did not tell me at the time thier card machine was down so when we got there I asked them how much it was so we could get money out now I only have a 30 min lunch break they completely ignored my question then when I went to the register to ask agian the girl at the counter siad it would be a couple minutes because she was doing a cash drop all I needed to know was how much my already made sandwiches where so I could run and get cash out for them like what is wrong with you people
