  Took almost 15 minutes for 3 shakes and they messed up 2 of the 3 and it tasted nasty like it wasn't made right they weren't even paying attention to us as one was on the phone and another tried to make us pay twice and they tried to give us the wrong food

  I used to frequent this DQ many years ago. Feeling a bit nostalgic, I decided to swing through the drive-thru for some DQ comfort food. Big mistake. I ordered a kids 2-piece strip meal (strips, side, drink, and an ice cream treat) and a 4-piece strip meal with honey mustard and a Mountain Dew. During the order, the employee twice asked me to “wait a minute,” then randomly asked what kind of sundae I wanted — which confused me, since the kids meal comes with a treat, not a full sundae. When I got to the window, I was handed a bag of food, a large water I never ordered, and a soda. There was no kids ice cream treat at all. When I pointed it out, I was told I had been charged for a full-size sundae I never ordered — and still did not receive the kids-size treat that was included in the meal I paid for.   Dairy Queen in Louisiana, MO is amazing. Khushi and Daval Patel are really nice and always help with a big smile. The blue razz misty slush is tasty and they make me happy every time I go there!

  The guy couldn't understand English to the point he came out and used the pictures on the menu board. Charged me $45 for three bacon cheeseburgers that didn't get the bacon. No fries or drinks. The food was drenched in sauce inedible altogether. Wouldn't answer phones nobody that can understand the national language to fix the problem took 10 minutes and still messed up the order so bad they just basically stole three large combo price for three small single burgers that were made wrong. After playing pictionary with the guy taking the orders who cannot understand the language at all, and charged wrong for it. Undelivered entirely. Just trash. The franchise owners need to step in and get rid of the problems the whole company lost a customer for life thanks for the terrible trash service and God awful food and even worse service.
