Went in to get the fish, and the person at the counter said "that's why you should check your bag". Why don't they do their job and make sure they have all the food in the bag.

Unfortunately, aside from her, the customer service has mostly been disappointing. When I take my kids to the play place, the tables are almost never clean. More than half the time I go through the drive-through, something is missing or incorrect with my order. When I’ve ordered inside and chosen “table service” (since I was in the play area with my kids), they still yell your name from the counter instead of bringing it out — which kind of defeats the purpose when you’re not supposed to leave your kids unattended. One of the staff members has also been noticeably rude to my friends for placing curbside orders. It’s the only fast-food place nearby, so it’s convenient, but most of the time the experience just isn’t worth it.
