  Last couple weeks we have been here service is terrible food even worse.. today the old lady at drive thru was so mad we asked for ketchup even sighed really loud the basically threw them at my son they landed all over the ground and only one in his hand then she slammed the window.. completely uncalled for to treat anyone this way but especially a child

  Ive gotten food poisoning this place is horrible, not clean whatsoever, horrible unfriendly not helpful staff. Just downright horrible. To elaborate, I've gotten food poisoning here during 2 different pregnancies. Over the span of 7 years I keep going back every now and then hoping management and the food has gotten better, it never does. Between not cleaning, not getting the order right, not being friendly or presentable, idk which to complain about the most. The lobby is never clean, the drink station is the worst I've ever seen, the staff looks like nobody wants to be there or help any customer, they're not presentable as someone who is working in food service and customer service should be. Some dont wear gloves to handle food. I have contacted management but seems like they also dont care. I guess when people will come to your store either way and you're making a ton of money it doesnt sway you enough to care to fix the uncleanliness. Unfortunate. I won't give this place a chance anymore. Id rather run into thriftway and grab snacks for my kids than to see them eat garbage they could potentially get food poisoning from.

  Went there on a Saturday morning to get a breakfast sandwich at 5:10 no answer at the order spot drive around to the window an lady tells me not open online says opens at 5am please get this fixed some people would like breakfast before work thank you.

  It's like all McDonald's can't get an order right. My wife ordered a fillet of fish and they forgot the fish. Went in to get the fish, and the person at the counter said "that's why you should check your bag". Why don't they do their job and make sure they have all the food in the bag.

  They have the sweetest lady working the drive-through most mornings — she’s genuinely kind and always makes the experience better. Unfortunately, aside from her, the customer service has mostly been disappointing. When I take my kids to the play place, the tables are almost never clean. More than half the time I go through the drive-through, something is missing or incorrect with my order. When I’ve ordered inside and chosen “table service” (since I was in the play area with my kids), they still yell your name from the counter instead of bringing it out — which kind of defeats the purpose when you’re not supposed to leave your kids unattended. One of the staff members has also been noticeably rude to my friends for placing curbside orders. It’s the only fast-food place nearby, so it’s convenient, but most of the time the experience just isn’t worth it.
