I have proof of the order in the app. I even provided proof of the debit in my bank app. They said that they didn’t have the order and refused to make the sandwich they I paid for. The manager, Holly, was called and she said it’s not her problem. So I paid for a sandwich and am leaving with nothing. Absolutely horrible customer service.
