  The sandwiches from Jimmy John's are some of my favorites but the customer service and interaction made me feel like I was bothering them. I said thank you, no response, asked everyone how their day was going, no response, etc.. I had to ask for a bag for my sub but they (the staff) were very personable with everyone before and after me. The only difference between me and them was my skin tone.

  The morning shift didn't make the bread we were told, so I had to go with a different bread, and I liked it better!

  Ordered and as video shows the bread was hard as a rock! Almost broke my teeth biting into it. Was not toasted, was just stale. Called and was told would be redone and delivered. The second one that came 30 minutes after I called was good.
