And then they have the nerve to ask did u want extra lettuce when they put a pinch of lettuce off the sandwich . This place is a joke and instead of apologizing and holding accountable they blame each other the cashier said I didn’t make the sandwich. lol. Please train this crew better along with the managers what customer service means. Will never come tot his location again.

She tried to explain the change to me but never got to the bills..you know they talk about irate customers what about irate employees..came home called explained what happen said she would call me back after doing an audits of the drawer never heard back . shame on you Wendy
