  My husband and my first time here and we loved it! Started with Delicious complimentary bread! The queso appetizer with brisket was SO delicious! We loved our entrees and dessert too! Everything made from scratch! Beautiful and delicious food! The Brussels sprouts were the best I've ever had! Carmelized in some amazing sauce! My husband loved his steak, they cooked it perfect! Jenny was a fabulous waiter! Very attentive to our needs and fixed anything amiss. It was a very enjoyable dinner!

  I visit SG in liberty, on Monday's mainly, for about a year now. Emily is my bartender and the service is impeccable, that’s why I say “my bartender” cause she makes it a personable experience for me! Leo, the manager, is appreciated too! Highly recommend happy hour for the fair price and Emily’s outstanding service! Bar is clean and well maintained.

  Megan was a wonderful server and very attentive. Our food was delicious- country friend steak was so big it barely fit on the plate. The shrimp and chicken tenders were great and way too much for one person to eat after soup and salad . Teas and lemonades are flavorful and very tasty. We will certainly go back and eat more often.

  Great quality of service and food. It definitely better food than other steakhouses that I will not mentioned. We had a blast all 9 of us and we had time to eat the appetizers the side and the entree and dessert we were never rushed with the next course it was well timed every single time. I definitely recommend getting the tenderloin bites they are well seasoned as well as the spinach dip, and no matter what you get for your entree make sure to make space for the cheesecake with strawberry sauce. 10/10 The cocktail are fire 🔥

  This was our first, (but not last) visit to Saltgrass steak house. We chose an off time to avoid crowds and finish some errands we had and this afforded us a relaxing lunch and hearty meal. All the items on the menu looked very good but we decided on the lunch menu for a “lighter” meal. Being a chicken fried steak fan it was an easy choice for me. My wife enjoyed the chicken fried chicken with an additional side of green beans. A warm loaf of bread and sweet cream butter arrived at our table a moment after ordering and was enjoyed until our meals came. Both were ample sized portions to fill our lunch appetites! The steak was tender and flavorful and the white gravy smooth and delicious. The chicken was fork tender as well. I would say the only disappointment in the meal was that a small vegetable portion was not included with the meal (available option) but this may not matter to many people.
