  Wanted a simple exchange for a pizza error. Refused to exchange since pizza was ordered on the app. No longer ordering pizza hut

  Was not greeted when I entered the Liberty Pizza Hut location; I was asked if I had a to go order instead. When I informed the cashier it had been a long time since I’ve visited Pizza Hut and that I would need a little time to look at the menu, she left w/o a “let me know when you’re ready.” I noticed then that the menu changes and wanted to ask for a paper menu. I also had a couple questions about their menu items, but she stayed gone for too long. I walked out and won’t be back. On my way to Nicky’s Pizza.

  Whoever owns this store is incredibly cheap. The lack of a drinking fountain is absolutely rediculous for the prices charged at pizza hut. That alone warrents two stars. Otherwise this would be a nice store. The interior is clean and staff are nice. The drinking fountain issue is just a pathetic instance of the owner trying to pench pennies.
