  To “SPECIFICALLY” the Jimmy John's LOCATED AT - 1910 Victory Dr, Liberty, MO 64068 I wanted to take a moment to give a huge shout-out to the incredible team at this Liberty location! I stop by often, especially for my evening lunch break right before closing, and the speed, quality, and friendliness are consistently top-tier. Specifically, I need to recognize Morgan, Ariana, and Lauren. Every time I'm in, they make the experience fantastic. Even when they're cleaning up at the end of the night, the place is beautifully kept, and its cleanliness is amazing all the time. They still make me the most fresh, awesome sandwich without any complaint. They are truly amazing hard working friendly ans especially positive ladies! Five stars!

  Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The manager is HORRIBLE!!! SO RUDE!!!!! We placed a $200+ order for a big work lunch, you would think the manager would be more understanding and friendly. She should be let go asap for her attitude.

  Very skimpy sandwiches, no dijan, and chairs stacked on all the tables on a Saturday at noon indicates the restaurant doesn't plan to stay in business much longer. Very sad. Won't be back unless I hear the sandwiches are back to normal .

  Not a fan of who seems to bethe manager. Have had a few issues with the app not sending in my order but taking money out of my account. Even after showing her I have paid she has given me attitude. And I’m 99% she told the worker to make my sandwich with old bread. Went in today after not going for a while and it was the same vibe. I didn’t pay in the app so when I got there and told the guy at the counter i had a pickup order and tried to pay he just stared at me with annoyance then told me to go wait THEN had the audacity to call me out in a lobby full of people asking me to pay for my food.

  Always great staff and food
