  Your stores are filthy! Your service is less than average if people come in at a downtime and there is no one in line and no one in the dining room..... You should have your employees cleaning tables, floors, and the door handles in Windows.

  This Chipotle has to be the worst location in the Northland. Mostly due to quality and the inconsistent food portions you receive. The only consistent thing about the food you get here is the temperature. Lukewarm if you're lucky. I ordered a basic chicken burrito bowl today and it was prepared incorrectly and tasted like there was zero seasoning used in the chicken. I also ordered double chicken and it was loaded with fatty/tendon riddled pieces. I guess that's what you get for giving them extra money. Lesson learned there. This particular location is more convenient for me, but I'm not coming back. I'll drive further to another location.

  Wrong meat on each bowl ordered. Not even sure how you accomplish this feat. Ordered a side of guacamole and got sour cream. I'm mean, how do you completely screw up everything about an order? This is due to a complete lack of management.

  Manger was very rude, his English was so bad I couldn’t understand him, he refused to help! Online app needs to stop ripping people off because it doesn’t allow any lead way to cancel/change order when order HASN’T even begun preparing. God forbid trying to call any location because it gives out endless recordings but NO way to even try to talk an employee to fix an issue with the order.

  Literally just left there spent $30.00 and threw it all in the trash . First stood in line forever, finally made to the front the some how switched our food . So we didn’t get our order. I walked in they asked what line I was in ?! Then the girl says oh it wasn’t me I was like it literally was you that made my order.So I got my order sat to eat the steak was cold and was mostly all fat. I literally had 1 bite !!! My second order was just as terrible! Normally we don’t ever eat there and now never will again. The place was a total mess my husband asked the guy to wipe off the bottom of his bowl that had all the food from counter on it. The guy varly wiped and was like that good. Real rude!
