  Gave us a wrong order took it back asked out name (it was an online order) came out helped someone else asked our name again came back after a bit asked our name again and then finally got us our order it was only 4 things I know stuff can happen and get confused but the people behind us didn't get all their food either so idk whats going on there.

  My order was missing multiple items and my beefy potato griller had the beef swapped for beans as my daughter does not eat meat and when she bit into it there was meat in it. I called the store and the person who answered hung up on me after I said my order was wrong. I called back and the same girl answered and said she hung up because she didn’t hear anyone. I again tried to explain what was wrong with my order and what all was missing she became incredibly disrespectful and proceeded to tell me just come back to the store and tell them at the drive thru. I asked to speak to a manager and she proceeded to tell me she was the manager then hung up again. I called a third time and explained that I did not believe she was a manager because no respectful store manager would speak to a customer the way she had and before I could finish talking she hung up on me again. I then tried to call back several times to a busy signal indicating she took the phone off the hook. I finally got the call to go through and another person stated she was actually the manager and proceeded to apologize to me and ultimately remade the order but wanted to advise that this store has some extremely rude employees who lie about there position.

  I refuse to go to any other Taco Bell locations in Lees Summit because this one always gets my order correct (and I often do sub ingredients so that’s saying something) and the employees are always friendly. Even when they’re not *super friendly,* they’re never rude. I love this Taco Bell (yes, I’m very pregnant)

  This location has to be a joke 😂 they can only take one order at a time even with the lobby closed. I’m not sure why they have a drive thru, they take your order at the speaker and then make you pull around to the front doors of the building and then your food comes out 10 minutes later. Do better yall, we can see you standing on your phones from the front doors.
