  I just watched the young lady make my food, touch her face with her gloves, drop my chips on the counter and proceed to put them all back in my bag. Not coming here ever again. Use basic hygiene

  Avoid this place like the plague. First off they will not take your order at the counter, you are forced to use a kiosk. I hate ordering on a kiosk, it takes for ever and the pictures are small so you can barely see what you’re ordering. Then I was the only one in the dining room that did not have food and it took nearly 15 minutes to get it. I assume that people order at the drive through who do not have to use a kiosk take preference over people dining in. Then I get my three tacos and what was suppose to be steak fries that were $5.50, and I get this little flat box of about a dozen soggy fries with three little pieces of steak. Nothing like the photo. The tacos shells were all broken up so you had to eat them with a fork. Now while I’m eating I see that someone had spilled a drink on a table near the entrance and it was all over the floor. Apparently they didn’t think they needed to clean it up. Right next to the table was an employee taking a break and staring at her phone while and just looking at the spilled drink. She made no attempt to clean it up and possibly save someone from slipping and falling. After about 10 minutes someone came out from behind the counter to clean it up while she watched him. This place is a nightmare. A waste of money, time and after spring $16 for three small broken tacos and “steak fries” I’m still hungry😡

  Went with my grandson to grab a quick bite. Ordered the food, the guy at the window was so stoned he could hardly talk. He said goodbye after handing me the bag and hadn't even collected the money or handed me our drinks. I brought that to his attention and he laughs and says "oh wow" When we got the food it had a piece of plastic in it and the drink had a large hair on it. Called back asked for the manager he sounded just as incoherent as his employee. Would not acknowledge any wrong doing or even suggest a solution such as "So sorry, would you like your money back?" We decided to through that food away, it was cold anyway, and went to the Taco Bell on 58hwy in Raymore. This Taco Bell did a fantastic job. Food was warm, had more meat in the food. I will never go to this Taco Bell ever again.
