On each occasion, 100% of crunchy tacos were fused to the paper at the spine of the taco, and would tear upon attempting to extract the taco from the wrapping. When one orders a taco, one wants a taco- not a crunchy/soggy sandwhich that disintegrates just by trying to pull it from the paper.

And there was hardly any meat or cheese on my taco. It was mostly shell which I broke of because I couldn't taste the little bit of meat and cheese.

The 3rd person stated that he could not help me because I ordered my items through the Taco Bell app and I could drive to them to correct the issues (I already paid for them to deliver my food).
