To start, they send drinks unsealed, which feels unsafe and unpleasant since anyone could open them and take a sip. Is it that hard to put them in a sealed paper bag with plastic, and close it with a staple or tape? The smoothie is still tasty, but it’s hard not to think about the fact that whoever delivers it could open it. On the other hand, the chicken pesto flatbread used to be my top choice, but now no way. The bread was hard, almost stale, the pesto tasted a bit sour (not sure if it was even good), and the chicken? You had to go looking for it—they put less and less every time. I don’t know if this was just a one-time slip or if that’s how they’re doing things now, but either way it’s really bad—at least for delivery.
