Customer service is everything and she does not have that and probably shouldn’t be at the window

We were greeted by a customer at the counter that said he had been waiting for 15 minutes and no employee had greeted him. That customer soon left and we were the only customers in the lobby. We were told to use the kiosk to order and waited 10 minutes until someone asked if we got our drinks. We waited 25 minutes until our toddler was fussy to go up to the counter to get the attention of an employee. They had only been serving the drive thru and now had several orders inside to fulfill. Whe I worked at McDonald’s, our lobby was always top priority. Disappointed coming to this location.
