- SSSeanDec 15, 20254.0It's Sonic and it's fast food but I'll say this, today as I pulled into the parking lot I was expecting to be let down. Sonic is always slow and understaffed. Today however I was proven wrong. Pulled up, ordered immediately, went to the window. Another vehicle was in front of me and I still got my food in just a couple minutes. It was hot. Whether or not they work at that pace all the time I don't know but they did me right today.

Orion kindly offered to remake the drink, while I offered to pay he insisted it was important I go what I wanted. He is friendly, kind and you are lucky to have him on your team!

We waited 11 minutes without anyone ever even answering the red button. When they answered, all we asked for was a small slushie for our kid, nothing else. After 14 minutes of waiting and it never coming out, we simply left.
