I spoke with Lydia who had EXCELLENT customer service and was able to help me out. App problems are so common for Sonic it seems, but not only did Lydia take it in stride despite the fact that the employees have no control over the app, she improved my night and put a smile on my and my husband’s faces. My only regret from this visit was not having more cash on hand for a tip.

Afterwards, me and my friend were talking, we stayed past 11 in my car for 3 minutes and a lady came out and yelled at us to leave, when we didn't move right away she continued to yell at us. She was leaving anyway! If you don't have customer service skills maybe don't deal with the customer yourself. This was my first time at a Sonic so if they had rules on parking after close then news to me. Won't be coming back anyways.
