  I had such an amazing experience at Pizza Hut thanks to Heidi, the manager. She was absolutely incredible from start to finish. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and her team. She was professional, friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to come across management that sets the tone the way she does. The service was smooth, the atmosphere felt welcoming, and everything was handled with such a positive attitude. Heidi is exactly the kind of leader every location needs. Thank you, Heidi, for making the experience exceptional. You’re appreciated more than you know!

  I understand that it was Super Bowl time and one of the ovens was broken but I would have thought that the manager would have at least offered to those who weren't door dash that waited over an hour a free pizza coupon for their patients and giving online door dash orders priority over non- door dash online orders. It's poor customer service. I know I've worked for Pizza Hut I know the margins. I felt I should have been offered something for the hour + wait, and $40 in pizza, as well as others. Unfortunately this was my first and maybe last visit with this store. Not because of the situation, but poor customer service.
