- KNKadi Nathan6 days ago1.0genuinely do not understand why they were so rude today. they gave me a shake that wasn’t mixed at all, i politely asked for one that was mixed properly. they had me wait about 5 minutes then brought out another one that wasn’t mixed.. i kindly asked if i could get one properly mixed, again, and erin, who i was told was a support manager was so disgusting to me. she told me they just changed the syrup so it’s gonna look like that.. why even serve a shake that’s not mixed if you know that? let the machine run for a second then start serving.. but whatever. i just politely asked for a refund. she scoffed at me and slammed the door shut. another manager delivered a properly mixed shake, so obviously it was possible the whole time. also, i pretty clearly asked for a REFUND not a THIRD shake.. so that was annoying. really disappointed in the service received from Erin who was extremely and unnecessarily rude. if you’re having that bad of a day, go home.

While the burgers we got last time were a disappointment, it was one time out of the many times we’ve been to the Langsford location, and more often than not, the food is great. We’ll be back to give them another try. Appreciate them very much for reaching out. I figured with how big McDonalds is, we’d never hear back on it, and I was pleasantly surprised. - - - This is how I received my quarter pounder meal. Missing one side of the bun and nothing other than cheese. Cold food. Waited far too long. This location used to be good and over the last few months has been so bad, I’ll be going out of my way for a better location. Reported this on the website.
