That somebody had the name Dulce on her name tag and she barely spoke English. That's not the problem, the problem was her horrible attitude, her eye-rolling, cutting me off when I was trying to speak and messing up my order. I have had some bad customer service before but she really needs to find somewhere to work where she doesn't have to interact with customers that contributes to her paycheck.
