    If you get to go expect your fries especially to be super short filled compared to any other Chick-fil-A. Along with every soda is watered down. Service is great, employees are super sweet!

    They are always super busy they have messed up my order at times I try not going to chick fil any more because they have been missing items on my order before

    Horrible customer service when a boy working the car line said a smart remark to me with my son's in the car. I will not be revisiting this location, and hopefully that crew will get retraining on how to respond when a customer who is new to the location arrives. I am used to chic fil a having courteous team members. Disappointing.

    Update: April 16, 2026: I received an update from my bank regarding the dispute I filed. Chick-Fil-A provided documentation to my bank, that both charges were valid. How dare you? This was your opportunity to make things right and to let the bank know what you told me, that you did not receive 2 payments. I am highly disappointed in not only how you handled this situation but the fact that you stole from your customer. You should be completely ashamed of how you handled this situation! On March 21, 2026, we visited this location and ordered at the drive‑thru. After I swiped my card, the employee stated that her iPad powered off. Before we reached the window, we were approached and told the order did not go through and I was asked to re-order and pay again. I checked my bank account and could see the charge was pending. A team leader came out and explained the charge was only a hold and would be reversed. After some discussion, I reluctantly agreed to pay again, for a total of approximately $115. The team leader provided me with her name, the owner operator’s name (upon request), and offered dessert coupons for the inconvenience. She told me to call the restaurant if the charge did not reverse, and let them know that I spoke with her. FFWD, March 23, 2026, both charges fully posted to my bank account (no longer a hold). I called the restaurant and spoke with the same team leader I worked with on March 21, who stated she did not remember me or the situation. I provided my name and the last four digits of my card as requested, but was told there was no record of my visit. I requested to speak with the owner operator, Lance, or another manager who could help resolve the issue, but was told, "that's not possible". Another employee was eventually placed on the call who reiterated the same things. Since I was in the vicinity, I drove to the restaurant. I was shown a receipt for the second transaction and was told there were no other charges to my card, on their end. I showed my bank account to the worker, reflecting both charges had cleared. While I understand that technical issues happen, this situation was extremely frustrating and resulted in a poor customer service experience.No resolution was offered.
