- CMC Miller4 days ago1.0If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I put in a mobile order tonight at 12:20. Showed up to pick up right after 12:30. Got food, got all the way home and the entire order was wrong. I ordered a plain double cheeseburger meal, and a plain whopper with cheese meal, both with fries. We received 4 single cheeseburgers with everything on them and no cheese. Not what we ordered. My husband returned to the restaurant at 12:45. They the told him he had to wait 10 mins for something to restart. Fast forward, it is now 1:43 a hour later and they FINALLY bring a bag out, just for my husband to discover it is the wrong order again! They finally brought out another bag (third try) and my husband was completely over the wait and came home. Opened the bag and they gave us a plain triple whopper (ordered a single whopper with cheese plain, the worker said they were “hooking my husband up” but that’s NOT what he ordered and asked for, nor was a triple even wanted), and a double cheeseburger with ketchup and pickles on it (ordered a plain double cheeseburger). It is now past 2 am and we were given the wrong order 3 times. I contacted guest services who offered a coupon. Tried calling the restaurant to figure out what we could do and whoever answered did not say a word and hung up after about 20 seconds of silence. HUGE slap in the face. This experience deserves a refund. Absolutely ridiculous.

Which sucks because honestly it’s such a nostalgic vibe and good area. Please step it up before we lose you guys. We always wondered why it was constantly empty, this is likely why.

You might order one sandwich, but will wait for over 15 minutes without the ability to exit the drive thru. That means they know the wait is an issue and can’t afford to let you leave. Very disappointing.
