  Asked for no onions on my burger, but got them. Asked for a 5 piece chicken fingers, but not sure how any of the ones in the picture count towards those 5. And they aren't as good as they used to be. Also, I got no sauce. More concerning, though is as I handed the employee my card, he shut the window and grabbed something out of his left pocket then kept looking at it while running my card. He then put it back in his pocket, opened the window, and returned my card. Seems super sketchy to me. Needless to say, my card is now locked to prevent fraud. Can't think of any normal explanation for what occurred.

  I didn't visit this sonic for nearly 3 years, recently there was an under new management sign. Thinking it couldn't get worse, I placed a mobile order a few months ago. I got quite possibly the coldest, saddest fast food meal id ever seen. I filled out the survey but clearly no changes have been made. The corporate replies are pathetic (sorry whoever is having to cover in place of the owner) Give people their money back if you are charging these prices for cold food no one will eat.

  Terrible experience. The food was not the issue, but the service was horrendous. The server in the drive thru was not personable and blatantly told us our food would take a long time to make after each meal we ordered. She was very rude and short and seemed like she didn't want to deal with anyone. We left before finishing our order because it was so bad.

  Wish I read the reviews before I placed a mobile order. I placed an order while I was already parked there and it still took 15 minutes to get out to me. My food looked it had sat on the counter for 10 minutes, everything was soggy and cold. The carhop was wearing crocs (not non-slip) and they didn't even put any sauces in my bag (ordered fries and chicken bites so you'd think 99% of orders want sauces). I was also served last out of all the cars waiting even though I had been there the longest. Just pure laziness here. Didn't have time to wait in the drive thru for 15 minutes to get my sauces. This location clearly has managers and a DM that couldn't give a single care about this store.
