  Did not even know this location was here. Came in today for the first time to grab a couple sandwiches. The store was clean and the staff were very friendly. Our order was made correctly and we enjoyed the sandwiches. We will be back now that we know you guys are fairly close to us.

  This location has messed up my order every time I order from it. Can someone please check on them? I got a lettuce wrap and with no extra lettuce cause who puts lettuce in a lettuce wrap? I always add cucumbers and hot peppers and those were not added.

  I just thought they were exceptionally rude. I ordered a meal to go so why did I have to reach over the counter and get a bag for myself and napkins? They weren’t too busy to give me a bag. They were only too busy being rude for no reason and the manager carried the biggest attitude. It seemed as though I was an inconvenience for just walking in.

  Horrible experience. Worst Jimmy John's I've ever been to. To start they are no longer "freaky fast / freaky good". They don't even deliver from this location. Dining in was a horrible decision. The radio was playing a football game way too loudly--keep in mind there are no tvs, so its just loud announcer audio. The staff was polite but not helpful in the least and a bit snippy when asked for assistance.

  Definitely NOT freaky fast anymore. Takes forever to get your food now whether you order ahead or in the store.
