    Ordered food after work well before closing time and they accepted the order and caused 4 different people to waste their time trying to pick up at a closed restaurant without being decent enough to at least cancel the order so I could find something else after working for 13 hours. No wonder this place has a 2.7 rating. More worried about making money then handling your customer base correctly.

    No food without refund: I have purchased food here about 4 times. Each has been a poor experience. Twice I have requested refund after being provided someone else’s order where myself and another customer clearly had received each other’s food. Last week I went in after ordering online. The receipt read the correct order but when I made it home the food did not reflect the same. Completely different food and flavor so I didn’t want to eat it, as it simply was not something I like. I returned immediately and requested a refund so I could go elsewhere. The young man was kind and apologetic but you could sense the hesitation in his voice as he printed the receipt and said, “We’ll send this to our manager and you will get a refund in a couple days. If you don’t, give us a call.” It was no surprise I still don’t have a refund so I’m writing this. The last time I requested a refund, the woman at the register didn’t know how to process it and called the manager. I could hear the manager(over the loud phone)as he was clearly upset I was requesting a refund and was frustrated. After fifteen minutes of waiting for them to refund my card, the young woman just gave me cash. This past time, I didn’t even try. After a long day of working hard I don’t want to work harder for something I shouldn’t have to. I felt taken advantage of and had learned my lesson. It’s abundantly clear this franchise is far from efficient, poorly ran, and won’t last. The management clearly doesn’t care about the customer or their employees to put them in the position to fail. Instead of putting in the work to get my refund I’ve determined that leaving a poor review will be much more effective with hopes that others don’t waste their time or money.

    I'm shocked by the negative reviews I'm seeing. My experience was awesome! Neal took my order and was extremely friendly! He checked on us during the meal to make sure everything was good. There was another gentleman named Ray that was pleasant as well! We didn't directly interact with him, but he seemed extremely upbeat and positive! The food was hot, fresh, and tasted excellent! If you've had a bad experience, maybe give them another chance! Our lunch was fantastic!

    The workers here are actually always so slow. If you are in a rush find somewhere else go. I have been here so many times and the workers are standing on their phones and talking doing absolutely nothing which is so frustrating when you’re trying to only pick up your food and go. If it’s one time it would be frustrating but fine. This however, is not the case. EVERY single time it is a problem. The management needs to get ahold of this seriously. It’s impossible to DoorDash because of this.

    Great experience! The staff was welcoming, efficient, and super helpful. Food was hot and delicious. Shoutout to Ferneilyis and Mekhai for the excellent service!
