- RGRobert Geers6 days ago2.0I like late breakfast on weekends. Panera ends any egg breakfast by 11 am. So at 11:10 I thought I would try the Avocado Toast. First off, two different coffees were empty and when the toast arrived, the presentation was terrible. Super skinny untoasted piece of bread and the avocado was in big chunks and very sparse. No offers to fix but I did get my money back.

However, I found black mold floating in the bottom of my water cup this morning & checked my kids water cups & they also had black mold pieces floating in their cups. Disgusting. Very disappointed that my children were drinking this & pray they don’t get sick from drinking moldy water.

Took about 25 minutes before our food was ready. Once we got at the soup was actually cold as though it had come out of a can and was just opened up important to the bowl. Also the sandwiches did not have the proper bread that we had requested others had items added on the sandwiches that were asked for and some had items that they did ask for that they did not receive. Seem to be an issue for one of the young men working behind the counter to correct any problems or mistakes that were made. Another young lady sorry I didn't get her name Young African-American with braids who took the order in the beginning also came back to make sure our order was properly prepared. Any questions comments or concerns that we had she addressed immediately and corrected the problem.
