As soon as I joined the line, he acknowledged me and let me know I’d be assisted shortly, even while finishing up with the previous customer. He was friendly, warm, and genuinely welcoming. He even suggested the new pita chips, which were a great recommendation. I’ve been to CAVA several times, and the level of service here is honestly giving Chick-fil-A a run for its money. Jay is a hardworking young man with a bright future and truly a great asset to CAVA.

Daryl was amazing and talked me through everything and was extremely welcoming me and thanked me for trying this restaurant for the first time. I will definitely be back. The best part is the food is outstanding. It taste like heaven in my mouth. I was not expecting this greatness. What a day!

The cashier, Darryl, made an unnecessary comment about my friend’s bowl price, saying something like, “Wow, getting a $30 bowl is crazy,” which felt unprofessional. When I asked for a water cup, he told my friend I would need to pay for it, even though the cup only had ice and I was clearly looking for the water dispenser. We also never said we were dining in, yet he told us the lobby was closed and made us take our food to go, while two white women were seated and eating. The experience felt uncomfortable and excluding.

I’m always looking for new restaurants that have clean quality ingredients that taste just as good! I would 10/10 recommend. I’m a pescatarian and the falafel crunch bowl was so yummy with a nice kick to it!
