  Mediocre coffee, rude staff. The real issue is my total was 5.26. I had exact change ready; gave it to the girl in my line. She said I was short and made me aware they no longer honor the penny. Understood. So at"$5.26", per the government page, it should have rounded DOWN to 5.25. Attendant got rude with me and said no, I can show you- proceeds to show me how the company iPad rounds up to be 5.30.... Im over the convo atp so I give her 4 more pennies to complete 5.30 total and get my coffee. Ironic that they dont honor the penny but will for sure take 4 more than my total and 5 altogether- I didnt have a nickle. Needless to say staff was rude, coffee was mid, and the company is robbing its' patrons if its taking 4 cents from every customer. I'll never go here again. Better coffee and service at Dutch Bros.

  When this location first opened it was fantastic. It’s clear that with time the 7 brew culture has completely disappeared. Staff is severely lacking customer service skills or even basic kindness/friendliness the last handful of times I’ve been. I finally convinced myself to try again today and alas, another horrible experience. My first latte tasted like air, and when I asked for it remade, they said they made it extra sweet which I literally never asked for and is way too much. Felt like a slap in the face for asking for it to be remade at all. The girl dealing with me at my car was extremely lack luster and the staff inside spoke down toward her which I’m sure contributed to her mood. This locations performance has made me stop visiting ALL 7 brews. I used to love love love coming here too.. so sad.

  Every single time I go to 7 brew they are all extremely uncoordinated, they sit and talk rather than actually make your drink leaving you to sit and wait for at least 5 minutes as your drink just sits there. Every single time they take your order it’s not pleasant it is a transaction rather than an interaction. As an assistant manager working in customer service it is just sad to see teens working one of their first jobs not learning vital skills that will help them succeed in the work force. Just sad. The drinks are good and that’s why I make an attempt to go back every so often but every time just the same sad customer service experience.

  I love 7 brew and frequent often! The drinks here always come out perfect so it is worth the wait but I do feel like I am always waiting here so much longer than any other location, the people who take your orders also just don't seem as friendly as other places like when you ask a question they just basically say I don't know and don't care to help find out. But in all I always drive away with a delicious drink so it keeps me coming back!
