We got there and were seated. Waited for 15 minutes without being acknowledged. Many waiters and hosts standing around chatting with each other. Left and went to Independence location, seated and waited on right away.

The customer service has been trash for a while! Really at that front desk.

Servers don’t care, nobody comes to your table after getting seated they act like they don’t want to work.

Buffalo Wild Wings managed to insult my palate in ways I did not think possible from an establishment whose bar is already scraping the floor. I was seated directly beneath a vent. A vent. Blasting cold air onto my table as though the restaurant itself was trying to tell me to leave before the food arrived. I should have listened. The cheesesteak, and I use that word very loosely, bore absolutely no resemblance to a cheesesteak. Not even a distant cousin. It was as if someone had heard about cheesesteaks secondhand, perhaps from a stranger on a bus, and attempted to recreate it blindfolded. Philadelphia would weep. The tots arrived cold, unsalted, and clearly veterans of a heat lamp they had long since abandoned. Limp, sad little cylinders of disappointment. Not a grain of salt to be found. Was the seasoning budget reallocated? I genuinely need answers. The beverages, a Pepsi and a Mug Root Beer, were both flat. Both. As if the kitchen made a deliberate policy decision to serve carbonation-free soft drinks. I’ve had more excitement drinking tap water. And the server? A ghost. A myth. A figure spotted briefly near the back of the restaurant, seemingly committed to staying as far from the dining area as humanly possible. Refills? An aspiration. Attentiveness? A foreign concept entirely. Buffalo Wild Wings, I implore you: if you cannot manage the basics, temperature, seasoning, carbonation, and a visible human staff member, perhaps reconsider the audacity of calling yourselves a dining establishment. Zero stars, if the rating system would allow it.

Hadn't eaten BWW for close to 10 years so decided to order their wing special. Expected to get hot, freshly fried wings and fries and was very disappointed. They were clearly leftovers reheated from the day before. The wings were crunchy and super dry, barely had any sauce on them at all. The fries were stale and like cardboard, very stiff no flavor at all. Email said to go to the bar for pickup and went and there was nobody there serving so went back to the front til someone finally showed up. The only thing that was maybe fresh was the burger as you can't just reheat that from the day before. Or maybe they do but I was lucky and got a fresh one. Either way, very disappointed in the quality or lack thereof compared to 10 years ago in Colorado. Judging by the other reviews, they've gone downhill fast recently and may close in the near future.
