  Food was good and affordable. Building had no ambient music. Staff conversations overheard where work appropriate.

  I asked for a chicken quesadilla. And it came to me as a burrito. Worst fast food I have had to date.

  This is sad, ordered a protein bowl with easy lettuce,no sour cream, extra guacamole added tomatoes and this is what I paid $10 for!! The beans were all clumped together! Where are the tomatoes??? No where to be seen! Also orders the empanadas, was told “they were out” and gave us 2 Cinnabon things…. Screwed us out of our money. Want $15 an hour, do better!!!

  I would strongly recommend avoiding this location. We stopped to get dinner for our son and attempted to order a Doritos taco, a Baja Blast, and salted caramel churros. The employee at the drive-thru told us they no longer sell the churros. When my husband politely asked if that was specific to this location—since we had just purchased them the night before—she abruptly stepped away and another employee took over. The interaction quickly became uncomfortable. The second employee seemed confrontational from the start. When we pulled up to the window, he simply said “describe it,” making my husband repeat the order, including the churros. He then insisted it was “not possible” that we had purchased them recently, claiming they had been discontinued for two months. The situation escalated when the employee clapped and snapped in my husband’s face, smiled, and then slammed the window shut. We were left without our full order, and my husband had to go inside to get our son’s drink. When we spoke to the manager, he initially defended the employee, repeating that the churros were discontinued. Only after I stated I could provide proof of our purchase from the previous night did he change his response, saying both parties were “wrong” and that the employee would be written up, something I am skeptical of. This was one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve had. We will not be returning and plan to escalate this issue to corporate.

  Visited today picking up a large order for employees at my work place. Had the same problems that I have encountered before. We ordered 4 of the dragon fruit refrescas amongst several other food items. At the window I alerted the employee that the refrescas were missing the real fruit to which the employee responded “unless you want to sit here and wait while I put the truck away you’re not gonna get the real fruit”. Then proceeded to slam things around while putting the drinks together. When I returned to unwrap our order I discovered that we were missing several items. Other times that I have placed orders at this location the portion sizes have been incorrect, my quesadillas have not been cut, the food has been sloppily prepared and overall disappointing. I have been reluctant to continue visiting this establishment but today was the nail in the coffin. It is not hard to prepare food correctly and maintain a sense of professionalism while doing your job.
