  Almost always, this is Just a drink stop for me! I absolutely LOVE the ReChargers! Its a flavored drink with Red Bull! Absolutely 💯!!

  I ordered a strawberry milkshake and chicken bites for delivery, but when I opened my front door, the milkshake was spilled on my porch with a hair inside, and the chicken bites were cold. I paid $20 for delivery, which I knew was a mistake, but it's impossible to leave the house when you're taking care of several children under the age of 5. I tried to call Sonic several times to ask for a refund or a new order that I could pick up. No one answered, but after the fourth time, someone finally did but didn't speak, so I hung up and tried to call again and kept getting hung up on. I go to this Sonic frequently, and I am very disappointed in this situation. I refuse to let my $20 go to waste, so when I have time, I will drive there myself and ask for a refund. I have the receipt and pictures. I am very angry that I wasted my money on a poured-out milkshake with hair in it and cold chicken bites. The food hadn't even sat outside my front door for a minute; I opened my door as soon as I could hear the bag being placed down. Hopefully I can get a refund or a new order, or I am never going to a Sonic location again. The pictures were taken after I already sat up the cup.

  The food is great...when they get your order right. We ordered a quick lunch via mobile app yesterday and in person today... Both days our food was wrong or missing. They fixed our missing food with no hesitation, which was nice, but it seems that we get stuck with the people who don't really pay attention to what an order says.... 🫤 Also, I used to LOVE their drinks, but the past few months they have been flat or over-carbonated. It's sad...BUT I've saved a lot of money! Lol

  The workers are always slow and rude. I only ever go to this sonic when i’m passing through and i’ve never had a problem with the food but i ALWAYS do with the workers. you have to repeat yourself 800 times even if you’re ordering two drinks and are kissing the speaker while you’re ordering. i work in fast food and it’s so frustrating having to interact with incompetent workers. PLEASE buy your employees hearing aids if you’re not going to fire them.

  I ordered a cherry limeade with 2 real cherry, I got it and it was without ice . It cost me over $3 dollars and that was for a small . I called them back to get a cup of ice for my drink and she was rude as hell and wanted to charge me another.34 cents . I just want some ice in my drink . Very unsatisfied and I won't go back .
