That no one thought customers in the drive-thru should be told about the change is poor customer service. When I called and asked what happened to the iced tea the response was - "too many people order tea and we don’t have time to tell everyone” - that's ridiculous. If you have time to take my money - you have time to tell me that you are no longer serving fresh brewed tea.
