  Visited today picking up a large order for employees at my work place. Had the same problems that I have encountered before. We ordered 4 of the dragon fruit refrescas amongst several other food items. At the window I alerted the employee that the refrescas were missing the real fruit to which the employee responded “unless you want to sit here and wait while I put the truck away you’re not gonna get the real fruit”. Then proceeded to slam things around while putting the drinks together. When I returned to unwrap our order I discovered that we were missing several items. Other times that I have placed orders at this location the portion sizes have been incorrect, my quesadillas have not been cut, the food has been sloppily prepared and overall disappointing. I have been reluctant to continue visiting this establishment but today was the nail in the coffin. It is not hard to prepare food correctly and maintain a sense of professionalism while doing your job.

  Asked for a soft taco supreme with no onion and for some reason they decided to buy beans on there?? Threw my whole taste off. I was starving tooooo now I have to find something else to eat😭

  Terrible staff... one out of the five people working was nice to me about a meal replacement that they messed up... The manager jordan was nowhere to be found for minutes, and then they made the replacement without talking to me about how it's made... I told them that it wasn't right. They got mad, threw it in the trash angrily and walked away... Then, they finally got my order, right?The third time, but they were really rude about it... very unprofessional... They threw my food on the counter, said there you go and walked away with attitude...

  I attempted to order at the register. The girl behind the register politely said i could order at the computer screen behind me. I said no thank you but she insisted and said that she could help me. I said never mind, I'll go somewhere that wants my business. Edit: I see this is a common complaint here. I will not be returning.

  This is the worst taco ever . Literally opened it and it fell apart how does a hard taco just fall apart like this . They tasted like they had been sitting on a counter for a week not covered . Most nastiest tacos ever
