02-28-26 7PM Sat in the drive‑thru for 20–25 minutes, and not a single human voice bothered to come over the speaker. No “one moment,” no “we’ll be right with you,” not even static. Just silence.
Meanwhile, there were three cars parked in the stalls, all lined up like they were waiting for the rapture. Considering none of them moved an inch the entire time, I’m guessing they were employees on break, not customers. Which is wild, because the store was clearly open—just apparently not for, you know… customers.
If the plan was to ignore everyone until we gave up and left, mission accomplished. Easily one of the most confusing and unprofessional drive‑thru experiences I’ve had.

They do a great job at this location. Staff is polite and courteous. Food is fresh and tasty. I used the app to order and utilized one of my deal options. It's nice but doesn't have an option to add any other details or comments. At times I've got someone else in the car who ordered separately through the app. But checking in isn't an option because the stall is busy w/ the other order and waiting to check in till after the 1st order is delivered is ridiculous. ⁵Overallúÿyţt a great experience every time!
