  it was the worst experience I have ever had at McDonald's. I dont go to McDonald's. but we had grandkids and they wanted McDonald's on our trip. it was my first time useing the self order. then stood at the counter to pay for about 15 min. never being acknowledged. I set for a few min. then went back up. if it where not for the man that was getting a refund im not sure anyone would have even came to the register. I could go on. but that trip added over a hr to our trip. waiting 45 min for food at McDonald's is Absolutely unacceptable! we will never stop there again. and the girl packing our food was just picking trash up off the floor. im pretty sure she did not wash her hands.

  Staff are nice but I asked for a plain cheese burger which I got...but added to the packaging was like 8 tiny onions which made my burger taste like onions so irritating and disgusting pain is pain

  McDonald’s are not the same but this one is always more fresh and friendly I have found.

  We waited in line for at least 20 minutes inside along with 3 other customers. 2 customers in front of us received the wrong orders. Another 2 drive through customers came in and complained that their orders were wrong. When we received our order, it was missing a McMuffin and had ingredients we didn't ask for. At first i thought they were short staffed but they had at least 6 people in the kitchen.
