- EBEdward Berry2 days ago1.0We’ve had a horrible experience every time we’ve ordered to go. This last time will be the last time going there. Nothing was labeled, the chicken was disgusting and fatty. This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Hire some new management.

When you pay for convenience and tip the dasher but this is what arrives it’s laughable. Here’s an idea (current management) do a check on your order before you send it out. Stop wasting your customers time and money and just get their orders correct. It’s not rocket science.

- DRDoll roundhouseOct 18, 20251.0I came in one day to eat super excited to try the new Carne Asada and after I ask, if I can get a little more Carne, they’ll charge me double that’s fine I was being called fat and being bullied because I want extra Carne Asada by this gentleman who is very tall dark hair back on grill and he was just calling me names and calling me fat while I’m ordering my food is this how you let your workers be? This is how you let your managers work criticizing your Crewmembers and calling your customers fat after putting money in your pocket? Disgraceful disgusting and I think he deserves to be fired for treating customer like that that should not be standing for he shouldn’t even have his job. Tuesday, I’m disgusted and I thought his name started with an R Whoever is the store is disgusting and whoever hired him deserves to get fired with him.
