  This experience was extremely disappointing. This was a pickup order, and when I got home and opened my bowl, it was barely filled and had close to no meat at all. The portion was nowhere near what’s advertised and considering Chipotle’s prices, this felt like a complete rip off especially when paying extra for protein, and this bowl didn’t come close! It had honestly looked like leftovers rather than a full meal but for full price. This place has had a lot of issues and should be looked into by corporate chipotle. For customers coming here I’d recommend moes instead…

  Leaving a review for anyone wondering if it has gotten any better….it has not. Cleanliness: When we arrived about 11:30 am on a Sunday, the restaurant was a mess. There as a large puddle of sloshed dirty water all through the kitchen and flowing out to the restaurant. Not only did it look unsanitary it was unsafe for the customers walking through it. Every table was dirty and food was all over the floor. Service: Absolutely horrible and frustrating to watch. Somehow they had already run out of rice at the beginning of lunch rush, and while waiting for more to be made, the employees just stood around. Maybe this would have been the time to cleanup/be productive is some way? Watching the employees was like watching toddlers. Nobody moved with a purpose or sense of urgency despite the long growing line. I watched what looked to be a manager slowly go get gloves to put them on and rather than hurrying back to serve, he proceeded to try to “make baskets” by throwing balls of trash in the trash bin. Their inability to serve timely is 1) lack of being ready and prepared for a rush (supplies not being in place like bags which server had to leave station and retrieve. 2) Only one server that also serves as the person at register which is under staffed for lunch hour. 3) Employees will move as efficiently and fast as their manager. This manager moved aimlessly with the speed of a turtle and so did everyone else. Want a burrito bowl? Go to Qdoba instead.

  Wow! So much for a great addition to LSL. This is the most poorly ran restaurants we have ever been to. Do yourself a favor a make the drive to O'Fallon because these people couldn't care less about customer service. First AND LAST time visiting. Good Luck with that.

  Typical Chipotle atmosphere, but with employees who were more interested in talking to their friends when they came in versus providing service to my wife and I. The meat was cold, chips were soggy, and it was too much work to keep up with the pop in the pop machine as multiple ones were empty…going to seriously consider other options when in the area again.

  So refreshing to walk into a restaurant and not only be greeted but feel welcomed! Chipotle we appreciate you, these delicious bowls, and Victor being an awesome help☺️
