She was super knowledgeable, patient, and made sure my drink was exactly how I wanted it. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in her work. Her kindness, professionalism, and great attitude truly set her apart. Seven Brew is lucky to have her—she made my experience unforgettable, and I’ll definitely be back because of her! I put a 1 on atmosphere because Kylie doesn’t work all of the time, and Chick Fil a ruins my mood.

Seems like a simple situation where the manager can exchange the gift card for one that works but for whatever reason they refuse to do anything about it because they “changed pos systems months ago and they no longer sell those gift cards”. They instead force you to contact corporate who also won’t do anything but have you contact the franchise owner instead to sort it out. You took real money from a consumer to put on a gift card and you are no longer honoring it which amounts to at least a scam and possibly fraud at this point. This was the second chance I gave to this establishment and it’s the last

Well... for a coffee place you would hope they know how to make a strong espresso topped off with hot water and cream and sugar... - nope they don't, the Mc.Donald's regular coffee is far better than the wash of a coffee you get here... Let's add a tray full of coffee cups with lids put on so sloppy, that they don't even seal the cups from leaking and you get the picture. Not recommended at all unless you want a high calorie sugar filled overpriced foo-foo drink and very loud base driven music forced into your ears and yeah the tipping screen forced into your face before paying...
