    The health department needs to make it there The food looked like it had been setting there all day they didn’t have hardly anything in the bins to choose from and the pans were pretty much empty with dry food in them. Their serving station had food scattered everywhere all the way to pay area, the trash cans were over flowing in the serving area gloves were overflowing. There Did not appear to have any type of supervision at all or the manager supervisor didn’t care. First and last time I will go there.

    Not sure how a team of 11 can still miss the mark this badly. Orders running 15–20 minutes late would be one thing...if the staff showed even a baseline level of urgency or professionalism. Instead, you’ve got employees leaning on the counter, laughing, and snapping back at customers while insisting they’re “working hard.” If this is what “hard work” looks like, I’d hate to see the alternative. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this Chipotle and honestly, the one on Highway K too. At this point, it’s less of a one-off issue and more of a pattern. Not sure how Missouri keeps fumbling something this basic, but here we are.

    As a dedicated chipotle lover, this location is embarrassingly disappointing. Whether you place an order online to pick up, or go in person to order, the staff is consistently stressed from being short staffed. It shows in their attitudes, but also they will straight up tell you “we’re short staffed service will be slow.” When they don’t have certain food items available, they don’t tell you during your pick up. Then you get home to find out you actually didn’t get what you ordered or PAID for. I don’t mind paying for the extra menu items that I like at Chipotle, because I feel that usually the quality is worth it. What I do mind is when I pay for certain things and then I do not receive them. When you ask for a refund for the things you ALREADY paid for, the staff will rudely tell you they A. Don’t have time. Or B. Call 1-800 Chipotle. I personally won’t be returning to this location even though it is the closest to my residence. I simply have not had one good experience or one correct order from here.

    they used to be good when they first opened, always filled your bowl to the top and be prompt with online orders. however these past few times the service has been exceptionally slow, 20-25 minutes over said time my order would be ready. these past two times they have forgotten something that was supposed to be in my bowl, the first time they forgot my fajita veggies, the second they forgot my barbacoa, of which i payed extra to have double meat. this past time a gentleman which i assume was the manager gave me a free soda for the wait which i appreciated. overall the service is slow and orders aren’t prepared right, hopefully this can get turned around because i love the convenience of this location and hate to go all the way to wentzville or o’fallon.

    I am beyond disappointed with the consistent lack of service and competence at this location. I am a loyal customer who typically eats at Chipotle four times a week, but after my recent experiences, I am officially done. Management and likely district leadership needs to spend a week at this site to see how dysfunctional this operation has become. It’s a burrito; it should not be this difficult to manage. The issues are endless, but these recent experiences were the breaking point: • Yesterday: I placed an online order and arrived for pickup. I sat at the drive-through window for 15 minutes while an employee completely ignored me to slowly assemble a single burrito. Meanwhile, my order was sitting right there on the shelf, getting ice cold. • Last Week: I waited in line for 20 minutes, only to be told once I finally reached the counter that they were no longer taking in-person orders due to "long wait times." I was told I should have read a piece of paper on the door when I walked in. This location needs to learn from Chick-fil-A—their menu is much more complex, yet they operate flawlessly. I’m tired of the excuses and the poor service. Until major changes are made, you’ve lost a customer who was here almost daily.
