Their Jalapeño poppers are so good but they are SOO stingy with their condiments that you would think the employees are coming out of pocket for them. Everytime I come here and ask for extra bronco berry sauce packs they give major attitude and are VERY uptight about it.

Guess I’ll keep up with the trend with this location and add my ONE STAR REVIEW! The manager Sam and the general manager Lisa have absolutely no business being in their positions. Had a coupon via the Arbys app for a free french dip with any additional purchase of $10 or more. I clicked redeem in store and it gave a code for them to use. They kept telling me the computer wouldnt accept it because the food I was ordering that totaled MORE than $10 was a promotional item. NOWHERE ON THE COUPON DID IT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT WHAT COULD BE ORDERED…. ONLY THAT IT HAD TO BE A $10 ADDITIONAL PURCHASE! And this isnt like a few cents difference. This is an $8 issue. And the computer took the code because it is no longer available on my app to use. So not only did they not accept it, but now I dont have the coupon to be able to use at a later time or most importantly, A DIFFERENT STORE!!! Sam, the manager, had an attitude when I asked to speak to the general manager and then after I was told there was nothing they could do, they stood behind the food line and kept looking at me, clearly talking about me but not enough to say it directly to me. Extremely unprofessional! The conversation between us at the counter was civil but when I asked them to just give me the additional french dip since the computer wouldnt accept it for whatever reason, I was told we cant do that cuz if we do it for you, we’d have to do it for everyone! Absolutely zero problem solving skills. Zero people skills. Zero customer service skills. And in addition to all this, after debating the situation for 15 mins at the counter, the sandwhich I received was freaking cold! Cannot believe with minimum wage going up that people like Sam and Lisa will be making AT LEAST $15 an hour for this kind of service! They have no business dealing with customers in any capacity! Too many other places to eat and spend my money than to deal with people like them!
