  Very bad and they just lost my business over 5 cents, I order a medium frosty, total 3.25, all because I gave her 5 pennies, she said either I give her a nickel or quarter, she would have to take the frosty back, I said find, here is your frosty give me my money back and I will go to another Wendy's with way better service, so she rather lose 3.20 over a 5 pennies, not good service, this place sucks, no wonder there are never anyone cars there.

  March 12, 2026 between 12pm to 1pm I ordered a Dave’s combo and 10-piece chicken nuggets from Wendy's through Uber Eats. When the order arrived, the burger from the combo was missing, which meant I basically received fries and nuggets. I called the delivery driver to let him know an item was missing. He said he didn’t know what to do but would call Uber Support. I never received a call back. I then called the restaurant and spoke to the manager on duty. She said they had been “swamped” earlier and were trying to double-check orders, and she immediately knew I was calling about the missing burger. However, she did not apologize and told me my only options were to drive to the restaurant for a refund for the burger or drive there to pick up a replacement. Since I otherwise wouldn’t have had anything but fries to eat, I drove there to get the burger. When I arrived, the parking lot had only a couple of cars and the dining room was empty, which made the “swamped” explanation questionable. I told the cashier I was there to pick up the burger that had been left out of my order. She took my receipt and quickly brought the burger out. As I grabbed the bag and started to leave, the manager sarcastically said, “Well, have a good one!” I stopped and looked back, and she gave me a tight smile. The interaction felt completely unprofessional, especially considering the mistake originated with the restaurant. My coworker and I ordered delivery because we didn’t have time to go out during work. Instead, I ended up driving to the restaurant anyway and returning to the office to eat my now cold fries and a cold burger. Between the missing item, the lack of apology or accountability, and the sarcastic attitude from the manager, this was a very disappointing experience. I won’t be returning to this location, and I’ve also cancelled my Uber Eats account.

  I love Wendy's food , they have some of the best chilli I've ever eaten coming out of a fast food burger joint.

  Fries wilted, a little warm,you could tell theyd been out for a bit. Asked for extra lettuce/tomato on chicken sandwich but got a few pieces of shredded iceberg? Instead of pieces of romaine, and a very thin piece chicken . Drove across the street to chic file and got an actual chicken sandwich

  Moldy bread and a dead bug. This is nasty. They should really improve quality control.
