    Got yelled at by the employee she made us go inside after placing a online order we put drive thru she made a whole scene yelling about how much food we got we only had 4 tacos that’s all Taco Bell do better your customers shouldn’t be getting yelled at how rude. She was rude as soon as we got to the speaker 10:30am Friday 3/10

    i’m usually never one to leave reviews, but to whoever made my nachos on April 7 around 10:30 PM give them a raise, especially since I received these through DoorDash they were still fresh packed to the brim. I have a Taco Bell for years. It is my favorite fast food restaurant and in-store DoorDash, but order pick up. Never have I ever gotten nachos this good this rush, toppings full no skimpy pickings and the food is just immaculate quality and I really appreciate that. Thank you.

    Just got told off by a lady because I asked for nacho fries with cheese. I explained half the time I don’t get the cheese and she continued to tell me off that it was on the menu. The lady at the drive thru menu was extremely rude and has no tolerance for people with autism. She has long black hair. went behind me and no rush for her to be so extremely caddy and make me cry in the drive-through. I will never be back and I work very close by. Still only got one nacho cheese for chips with cheese and nacho fries with cheese!!!! And there’s zero seasoning on the fries. Dude. It comes with two cheeses and I got yelled at for asking for 2 cheeses and still got one. I’m taking this to corporate at this point.

    I’ve been coming to this Taco Bell location regularly for the past two years, and up until today I honestly had no complaints. Service has usually been good, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Tonight we are currently under a severe storm and tornado warning. The wind and rain were extremely heavy, blowing sideways and making it nearly impossible to even crack my car window open without rain pouring inside. I pulled into the drive-through, but there were cones and signs placed in the lane that forced cars to stop farther away from the speaker than normal. Because of that, I would have had to roll my window all the way down and basically yell to be heard over the storm. Since the drive-through window itself is covered, I carefully pulled forward to the window hoping I could place my order there without having to soak the inside of my vehicle. When I got to the window, the manager on duty told me they would not take my order there and that I had to order at the speaker or come inside. I explained that I had small children in the car and that the storm was extremely bad, which was the whole reason I tried to order at the window in the first place. Unfortunately, there was no willingness to help or offer any solution. I was simply told those were my only options. So I ended up parking and going inside to order. While I was standing there waiting for my food, I could hear employees talking and laughing about customers who had left the drive-through instead of ordering. Hearing employees joke about customers during a severe storm situation was honestly shocking and very unprofessional. I normally don’t write reviews like this, especially for a place I’ve supported for years. But tonight’s experience was disappointing and showed a clear lack of customer care and professionalism. Situations like severe weather are exactly when a little understanding and flexibility from staff can go a long way. I hope management or the corporate office sees this and addresses it, because the behavior I witnessed tonight does not reflect well on the Taco Bell brand at all.
