If there is to much salt left behind, and then you add more salt, and you repeat this for days on end ... You'll end up with overly salty fries. To much salt ruins them. They aren't always this way, but this time they were. Otherwise we enjoy this location on the occasion we do go.

He picks it up and didn't wash his hands and makes my food. I asked for a refund that is not sanitary. The manager wanted to get me a speech about they been so busy but not recognizing there is no excuse for 1 not to wash their hands after picking something up from the floor. The manager is a problem. If she thinks its fine not wash hands after dropping something on the floor maybe she think it's fine to takeout the trash and not wash your hands.

My burger had beef patties that had very obviously been cooked long ago and been sitting for a while before being put on my burger. My "frosty fusion" was basically vanilla ice cream with very little topping at all. Disappointed.
