Was good .. but as someone who has worked fast food, I can tell they need to clean the thing you dump the fries into after they are cooked for salting and packaging. If there is to much salt left behind, and then you add more salt, and you repeat this for days on end ... You'll end up with overly salty fries. To much salt ruins them.
They aren't always this way, but this time they were.
Otherwise we enjoy this location on the occasion we do go.

Terrible experience! Went through drive thru and when they made my order wrong they got mad at me. Then, Didn’t want to give me a refund even after I gave the food back. I finally got my refund. Never again. I will be contacting corporate for sure.

Don't go here. I was there 10-7-25. I was ordering food and the 1 employee drops something on the floor which I think was a phone earbud. He picks it up and didn't wash his hands and makes my food. I asked for a refund that is not sanitary. The manager wanted to get me a speech about they been so busy but not recognizing there is no excuse for 1 not to wash their hands after picking something up from the floor. The manager is a problem. If she thinks its fine not wash hands after dropping something on the floor maybe she think it's fine to takeout the trash and not wash your hands.

Old lady up front cant place a proper order, or do anything without attitude. got my sandwich wrong 3 times. Groups of people left while waiting in line 20 minutes and her mumbling "Its gonna be a while before putting in another order"

Staff just does not care here. It is obvious none of the employees I dealt with wanted to be there and I did not feel welcome at all. My burger had beef patties that had very obviously been cooked long ago and been sitting for a while before being put on my burger. My "frosty fusion" was basically vanilla ice cream with very little topping at all. Disappointed.
