  Everything is fantastic one star just because it's dead no customers seats/chairs needs replacing and food bar isn't used anymore. We have great memories having family party's 🥳 with the best pizza 🍕 meals with service. What happened here?..pizza here is delicious compared to other companies.

  This time when I walked in to pick up my pizza, no one came out to wait on me. I stood there for a while, just to see how long it would take to have someone acknowledge me. A lady, possibly a manager, walked in the door and asked if I had been taken care of. I told her no and she had someone come up to the front. I got my order with only a quick "sorry" and the amount owed from the gal. No thank you or anything. When I got home the pizza was wrong. I called to tell them. She asked if I wanted it remade and I said yes. When I came to pick it up she asked about the order. I told her it had been remade. Again, not a word was said after that. No thank you, sorry for the mistake or anything. We order from this Pizza Hut probably once a month and have never had such poor service or unfriendly staff. Mistakes will happen but it was not our fault.
