Eventually, an employee came out carrying a dozen bags and had each car sort through them to find their own order. After leaving, I realized I was given the wrong sandwich. I went back inside, waited again for someone to come to the counter, and when I explained the issue, they took the incorrect sandwich and put it back under the warmer before handing me the correct one without a word or an apology. I was shocked by the poor food handling and complete lack of customer service.
