I went today with my boyfriend and we were trying to get our breakfast order because the app said they served breakfast until 10:59 am. Apparently that isn’t true at all. The manager said that the kiosk was slow in changing when the screens were still also in breakfast mode and the app was also in breakfast mode. She had me change my order to either a cheeseburger or a chicken sandwich, even though the entire time the kiosk and screens above the registers were still on breakfast. Even their system would’ve allow them to do lunch reward redemptions, yet they were forcing everyone to do change their breakfast reward to lunch.

Asked for extra ice in my drink didn't get extra ice. So asked for a small cup of ice and got a DIRTY CUP OF ICE WITHOUT A LID
Found long black hair in my burger sent it back then it happened again DONT GO TO THIS ONE

going thru the drive thru and told to wait. 5 minutes later, still no service. drove up to the 2nd window. that girl apologized and said she got distracted and forgot to take my order. reading thru posts, i see they are usually bad but especially on customer service. WENT TO JIMMIE JOHNS. better service. better food
