The manager said that the kiosk was slow in changing when the screens were still also in breakfast mode and the app was also in breakfast mode. She had me change my order to either a cheeseburger or a chicken sandwich, even though the entire time the kiosk and screens above the registers were still on breakfast. Even their system would’ve allow them to do lunch reward redemptions, yet they were forcing everyone to do change their breakfast reward to lunch.
