  I'm generous in my numerical assessment. I had not patronized the Kirkwood franchise in quite awhile, as it appears to be run by teenagers. I made a drive-thru visit on Sat., Mar. 21 at about 1:00. Ordered the Chalupa combo with a soft taco and Pepsi; requested beef filling instead of chicken, and paid for extra beef filling. Order was not correctly filled; Chalupas had chicken; soft taco might have had dab of beef filling. Chalupa shells were hard. I will not patronize this location again; advice to other reviewers: keep on driving to an honest-to-God Mexican eatery. Teach your food service employees to pay great attention to detail.

  Fast and friendly service. Shauna did fantastic. I have had so many issues with drive throughs recently where the folks taking orders are down right mean and unpleasant. I was having a horrible day, I went through this location late at night expecting the same treatment I had been getting everywhere else, and was so pleased and lucky enough to finally get someone friendly, attentive and polite. I do not eat Taco Bell- I was picking up for my partner, but if I knew Shauna was working the drive through, Id pick that drive through over any other one in the city. Thank you.

  I am genuinely confused about what I just paid for. We ordered THREE Crunchwraps and somehow received three folded tortillas full of air and disappointment. There was no filling in the middle. None. Just a hard shell, some lettuce, a couple tomatoes, and what looked like two lonely crumbs of meat fighting for their lives. At this point, I feel like I did not buy food. I made a donation. Who has money to just give away like this? Because apparently that is what this experience was, a charitable contribution to Taco Bell’s No Meat Left Behind Except Ours program. New management needs to do better because this location is a complete joke. Zero out of 10. I would not recommend unless you enjoy paying 26 dollars to eat a tortilla with hopes and dreams inside. Taco Bell pay me what you owe me! NEOW
